About the Handbook

Who we are

Cam Model Handbook is a small independent publication. We read platform rules, help-centre articles, tax guidance and independent research so that adults considering webcam work can make an informed choice. We are not a studio, agency or platform and we are not affiliated with any cam site.

How we write

Every pay rate, rule and requirement is taken from the platform's own documentation or a named independent source, linked at the bottom of the page.
Each chapter shows the date we last checked it. Platforms change their rules; theirs always override ours.
We don't estimate personal earnings or publish success stories, because we can't verify them.
Our own data, such as viewer counts, comes from public platform feeds and is reported in aggregate only, never about an individual performer.

What we will never do

Contact anyone privately to recruit them, or run comment sections or DMs.
Handle anyone's money, accounts, schedules or contracts.
Write about in-person meetings or anything other than legal online camming.
Write for or about anyone under 18.

Ownership
