Rejected by LiveJasmin? Where to Start Instead

A rejection is usually fixable. If it isn't, here's where to go.

First: was it the account or the stream?

LiveJasmin rejects at two points. An account rejection happens at the ID review and is usually about the documents. A quality problem comes later, when support rates your picture, room or lighting. The fixes are completely different.

Expired or damaged document	Use a different valid ID or passport
Previous violation	A past ban usually can't be fixed. Choose another platform

If the problem is quality

Most quality issues are lighting. Re-read the setup chapter, fix the backlight, add a fill light and check your upload speed in the evening. Then ask support to re-rate your stream.

What not to do after a rejection

Don't pay anyone who promises to "get you approved."
Don't borrow or buy someone else's account, or register under someone else's ID. Platforms treat this as fraud, and it is dangerous for you and them.
Don't join a studio just to get past a rejection without reading its contract: you may give up a large share of pay and control of your account.
